ZODIAC with Hebrew Initial

I created the ZODIAC WITH HEBREW INITIAL series of paintings in 2023, when I was 94 years old. The series was part of a group of series of acrylic paintings designed to symbolize, through illegible texts, the chaos in our world. The "illegibility" of Zodiac signs, at least to non-experts, is well-known. In the present series, I used the first initial of the Hebrew term for each season and tried to give a clue to the season covered in the Zodiac signs by using a different color for each initial: Green for spring (Aviv), red for summer (Kayitx), orange for fall (Stav), and blue for winter (Khoref). The paintings in this series were created via the ancient art of stenciling.
